In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 23-year-old Rene Miguel Armendarez was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2025, in a parking lot situated in the 2600 block of North First Avenue, an altercation unfolded that would end in gunfire. Rene, a Hispanic male, was present in the parking lot with a group of people when a brief interaction with another group occurred.
