Dean Artis Daniels, a 30-year-old resident of Harrison, New York, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2014, in Mount Vernon. Daniels was walking near the intersection of Park and Prospect avenues around 5:50 p.m. when he was shot by an unknown assailant. The incident left him bleeding from gunshot wounds, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
