Orville Bell, a 27-year-old resident of Mount Vernon, NY, was tragically killed on the night of July 16, 2017. The incident occurred around 11:16 p.m. at the intersection of South Columbus Avenue and Sargent Place. Bell was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to his head, torso, and left leg. Despite being rushed to Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
