On October 17, 2017, 52-year-old Vincent Patterson was found dead in an alley in St. Louis, Missouri. His body was discovered by a city worker in the 4200 block of Holly Avenue early that morning. Patterson had suffered a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The worker found him lying outside a car in the alley, and the authorities were alerted immediately.
