Derek Quattlebaum, a 28-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2015, in Queens. The incident occurred at a BP gas station located at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and the Van Wyck Expressway in Richmond Hill.
