In the late hours of a Wednesday night in Manhattan, the lobby of the Times Square Hotel on West 43rd Street became the scene of a tragic and violent end to a relationship. Brandi Quijano, a 26-year-old woman, was fatally shot in the leg and torso. The incident, which occurred around 10:45 p.m., was determined by police to be a murder-suicide.
