In the early morning hours of a cold January day in 2015, a horrific act of violence shattered the peace of a quiet Queens, New York neighborhood. Viola Warren, a 62-year-old woman, was tragically killed in her home in a brutal murder-suicide perpetrated by her daughter's boyfriend, 34-year-old Jonathon Walker. The devastating event also claimed the lives of Walker's girlfriend and Viola's daughter, 31-year-old Shantai Hale, and their 7-year-old daughter, Kayla Walker.
