On a Tuesday in February of 2009, the quiet of a North Nashville neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. Thirty-two-year-old Angela Denise Stovall was found deceased at a home located at 1814 15th Avenue North. A man arriving to work on the ongoing renovation of the house made the discovery, finding Stovall at the bottom of the exterior basement stairs.
