Anthony Jackson, a 47-year-old ex-convict, was fatally shot in the head on June 3, 2015, in a Brooklyn housing project. Jackson, who had served 21 years for a 1990 murder conviction, was found in the lobby of a New York City Housing Authority building on Park Place near Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights.
