In the summer of 2015, a dispute over a dice game in Brooklyn turned deadly, claiming the life of 42-year-old Keith Jeffries. The incident unfolded in the early morning hours of July 4th at the Kingsborough Houses in Crown Heights. Jeffries, a male resident of the area, was shot in the chest and tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
