Jermain Gladimer, a 25-year-old resident of Queens Village, New York, was found fatally shot in his basement apartment on Jamaica Avenue on August 5, 2015. The New York Police Department (NYPD) responded to a call around 1:15 a.m. and discovered Gladimer unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to his head and torso.
