In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Queens Village, the life of 25-year-old Jermain Gladimer was tragically cut short. On August 5, 2015, police responded to a call and discovered the young man inside his basement apartment on Jamaica Avenue, near 212th Street. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his head and torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
