Juan Luis Ortiz-Santiago, a 29-year-old resident of Lackawanna, New York, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2015. Ortiz-Santiago was fatally shot while working at a barbershop on Niagara Street in Buffalo. The incident occurred in the midst of his daily routine, leaving his family and community in shock and mourning.
