On December 5, 2015, Jaquan Sullivan, a 19-year-old from Buffalo, was shot on Parkdale Avenue around 6:30 PM. After being shot, Sullivan managed to move to Potomac Avenue, where he was later transported to Buffalo General Hospital. Unfortunately, despite efforts to save him, Sullivan succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
