Walikque Faussett, a 24-year-old mother from the Bronx, tragically lost her life in a shooting outside the Motivo nightclub in Manhattan's Flatiron District on October 12, 2015. Faussett was out celebrating her birthday with friends when the incident occurred around 4 a.m. The shooter, who had been ejected from the club following a dispute, returned with a gun and opened fire, hitting Faussett in the back.
