Azsia Johnson, a 20-year-old mother, was tragically killed on June 29, 2022, in Manhattan, New York. Johnson was pushing her 3-month-old baby in a stroller on the Upper East Side when she was approached from behind and shot in the head at point-blank range. The incident occurred near Lexington Avenue and East 95th Street around 8:30 p.m. The shooter, dressed in all black, fled the scene immediately after the attack.
