Patricia A. Nigro, aged 64, tragically lost her life on October 21, 2015, in Sloatsburg, NY, in a harrowing incident that has left a lasting impact on the community. Patricia was murdered by her boyfriend, William T. Groesbeck, in what was later identified as a murder-suicide. Groesbeck, a former police officer, shot and killed Patricia before turning the gun on himself. The incident occurred in their home, and both were found dead with gunshot wounds.
