Tyquan Pass, a 23-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was tragically shot and killed on November 28, 2015. The incident occurred in the New Brighton neighborhood, specifically on Jersey Street near Pauw Street, around 12:10 a.m. Pass was shot in the head following an argument with his assailant.
