Allen Simpkins Jr., a 46-year-old resident of Roosevelt, NY, was tragically found shot to death in front of a home on John Street in Roosevelt on April 9, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:56 a.m. According to the Nassau County Police Department, Simpkins was discovered lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound.
