Shamel Williams, a 30-year-old resident of Jamaica, Queens, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on June 9, 2019, in Roosevelt, New York. The incident occurred just after midnight on West Fulton Avenue, where Williams and two other men were standing when a car approached them.
