Kail Ferro, a 17-year-old from Long Island, NY, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2006. Kail was shot in the back and killed following an altercation in Roosevelt, a small residential area in Nassau County. This incident was part of a disturbing spate of violence in the community, which saw three shootings in just four days.
