Tabarrie Tillie, a 37-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2016. The incident occurred on the city's South Side, specifically in the 300 block of Primrose Avenue. On that fateful evening, Syracuse Police were dispatched to the area following multiple reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they found Tillie suffering from a gunshot wound.
