In the late spring of 2016, on a street crowded with children in Syracuse, New York, a dispute led to the untimely death of Tabarrie T. 'Dooley' Tillie. The 37-year-old man was fatally shot on May 31, 2016. The incident stemmed from a prior altercation between Tillie and a teenager.
