Kelvin Sharp, a 42-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2021. On that fateful afternoon, at approximately 2:03 p.m., Syracuse police responded to a call regarding an unresponsive person on the 200 block of Grandview Avenue.
