In the summer of 2021, a burst of violence on a Monday afternoon in Syracuse, New York, ended the life of 42-year-old Kelvin Sharp. On August 2nd, at approximately 2:03 p.m., police responded to a call on the 200 block of Grandview Avenue. There, in the yard of a home, they discovered Sharp unresponsive.
