Miguel Zuniga, a 22-year-old resident of the Kingsborough Houses in Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on June 29, 2016. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. in the lobby of 708 Kingsborough 7 Walk, only two blocks from his home. Responding officers found Zuniga with gunshot wounds to the head and back, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that seven .380-caliber shell casings were found at the site, indicating the severity of the attack.
