Seneca Scott, a 37-year-old resident of East New York, Brooklyn, was found dead in his Lincoln Avenue apartment on the evening of October 5, 2016. According to the New York City Police Department (NYPD), officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 675 Lincoln Avenue at approximately 7:05 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Scott unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head.
