Naheen Spencer, aged 35, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2016, in Binghamton, NY. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Susquehanna Street, near Victoria's Restaurant. Spencer was shot in the chest during a shootout and succumbed to his injuries before investigators could interview him about the events leading up to the shooting. The altercation involved Marcell Harris, who was also armed at the time. Both men discharged their firearms during the confrontation.
