In the middle of a Wednesday afternoon in Yonkers, New York, tragedy struck Derrick Jose Ubiles, a 31-year-old Hispanic man. On March 15, 2017, at approximately 2:17 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of Warburton and Lamartine Avenues.
