On a summer evening in Yonkers, New York, tragedy struck on Warburton Avenue. It was the night of July 25, 2017, when 26-year-old Malik Kavon Clemons, a male resident of Yonkers, was fatally shot. Shortly after 9:30 p.m., the sound of multiple gunshots pierced the air, prompting a police response to the front of a building at 369 Warburton Avenue.
