A 34-year-old man from Yonkers, Brian Brain, was found dead in a wooded area near the I-87 overpass on Tuckahoe Road in July 2018. An investigation into his death revealed that he had been the victim of a fatal shooting. Although his body was discovered in Yonkers, authorities believe the actual murder took place in Queens.

In September 2018, the investigation led to the arrest of a suspect, 23-year-old Dequan Reyes of Queens. Reyes was taken into custody and subsequently charged with mur ...
