Byron Elder, a 22-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2017. The incident occurred in the courtyard of the Williamsburg Houses, a public housing development in Brooklyn. According to witnesses, Elder was involved in an argument with David Green, a 33-year-old man, moments before the fatal shooting.
