In the early morning hours of October 28, 2017, the life of 28-year-old Kevin Waterman was tragically cut short in Rochester, New York. Responding to a report of a shooting on Scrantom Street, police officers discovered Waterman with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, but succumbed to his injuries. The incident marked the 20th homicide in the city that year.
