O'Neal Mosley, a 24-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:40 a.m., outside his apartment building in the Armstrong Houses on Clifton Place near Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
