Death by Force

Henry Varnado, a 36-year-old resident of New Orleans, was fatally shot on July 18, 2016. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to the call in the 1300 block of Teche Street in the Algiers neighborhood, where they found Varnado lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Orleans Parish Coroner later confirmed that the cause of death was indeed multiple gunshot wounds.
