Nicholas Clark, a 29-year-old New York State Trooper, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2018, in Erwin, NY. Clark was responding to a 911 call about a suicidal individual at a residence on Welch Road. The call was made by the estranged wife of Steven Kiley, a 43-year-old high school principal, who reported that Kiley was suicidal and possibly armed.
