In the early morning hours of a summer Saturday in the Bronx, a life was tragically cut short. On July 14, 2018, Juan Flores, a 49-year-old man, was found unconscious and unresponsive inside the lobby of an apartment building at 2856 Webb Avenue in the Kingsbridge neighborhood. Police officers responding to a call around 7 a.m. discovered Flores, who was later pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital.
