Rashidi Goddard, a 34-year-old construction foreman from the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed on June 15, 2020. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. on Franklin Avenue near East 167th Street in the Morrisania neighborhood. Goddard, who was known for helping his neighbors find work, was struck in the back and hip by gunfire and died at the scene.
