Saskia Shields, aged 38, tragically died on July 30, 2018, in Queens, New York, in what was later identified as a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in an apartment in Astoria, where Saskia, along with her 6-year-old son James Shields Jr., and her husband's ex-wife Linda Olthof, were found dead from gunshot wounds to the head.
