In a chaotic and violent turn of events on a Wednesday night in November 2018, 25-year-old Carlton Spencer, a male from the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded inside a Target store located within the City Point shopping center on Albee Square West in Downtown Brooklyn.
