Tyson Williams, a 22-year-old resident of Albany, NY, tragically lost his life on November 8, 2018. The incident occurred in the Mansion District of Albany, near the intersection of Park Avenue and Philip Street. Williams was shot in the head while sitting in a parked car, just blocks away from the governor's mansion.
