Death by Force

On July 4, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Albany police responded to reports of a shooting at a basement apartment located at 278 Second Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 26-year-old Eduardo Montes with a gunshot wound to his torso. Emergency medical personnel pronounced Montes dead at the scene.
