Dwayne Fenner, a 34-year-old resident of Albany, NY, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2020. Fenner was fatally shot outside a home on Third Street in Albany. The incident occurred in the afternoon, around 4:05 p.m., when Fenner was struck multiple times by gunfire.
