William T. Brown, known as Liam, was a 37-year-old resident of Ticonderoga, NY, who tragically lost his life on December 14, 2018. His body was discovered face down in the LaChute River in Bicentennial Park. The investigation revealed that Liam had died from a gunshot wound to the head.
