In the quiet early morning hours of June 28, 2019, a grim discovery was made in the rear parking lot of a CVS off Old Nyack Turnpike in Spring Valley, New York. Inside a gray International Taxi, 28-year-old Luis Guaman-Espinoza, a male resident of Nanuet, was found unresponsive. Authorities were called to the scene around 8:30 a.m., where they found that Guaman-Espinoza, the driver of the taxi, had been shot multiple times. He was rushed to Nyack Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. ...
