Luis Guaman-Espinoza, a 28-year-old resident of Newark, was found fatally shot in a taxi behind a CVS in Spring Valley, New York, on June 28, 2019. The incident occurred near Noyes and Van Orden avenues, close to the Chestnut Ridge Village Hall. Guaman-Espinoza was discovered in the back seat of the cab, which belonged to "International Taxi."
