In the afternoon hours of a Tuesday in Yonkers, New York, a dispute between two groups of teenagers escalated into a fatal act of violence that claimed the life of 17-year-old Kasean Tuthill. On January 29, 2019, near the intersection of South Broadway and Vark Street, a confrontation that began as a fight quickly turned deadly when a handgun was introduced.
