Samuel Joseph, a 15-year-old boy from Brooklyn, NY, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2019. He was shot in the head and torso in front of his apartment building on Flatbush Avenue. The incident occurred just before 6 p.m. as Samuel was on his way to the grocery store. Family members and neighbors described him as a good kid who was not involved in any gang activities.
