Kevin Barton, a 29-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered on September 22, 2019. The incident occurred at approximately 8:40 PM when police responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot at 428 E. 162nd Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered Barton unconscious and unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
