Jay Patel, a 19-year-old college student from Queens, NY, was tragically shot and killed on October 9, 2019. Patel, who was attending Nassau Community College, was found with a gunshot wound to his abdomen on 268th Street near 82nd Avenue in the Floral Park neighborhood.
