In a brazen act of daylight violence, 21-year-old David Hutchinson was shot and killed on August 26, 2019, in the Laurelton neighborhood of Queens, New York. The fatal encounter unfolded near the intersection of 140th Avenue and Springfield Boulevard, where Hutchinson was sitting in a Dodge Charger. A white vehicle pulled alongside, and an occupant opened fire, striking him multiple times in the chest and buttocks.
