In the early hours of a summer morning in Brooklyn, the vibrant sounds of a street party were tragically silenced by gunfire. Jomo Glasgow, a 35-year-old man known affectionately in the Caribbean community as DJ Trouble, was fatally shot on June 17, 2020.
