On July 11, 2020, Jose Moreno, a 31-year-old resident of Schenectady, New York, was tragically shot and killed in Albany. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:15 AM, near the intersection of Grand Street and Ash Grove Place. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Moreno with gunshot wounds to his torso.
