Irvin Payne, a 30-year-old resident of the Bronx, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting in Harlem on August 19, 2020. The incident occurred around 3:10 a.m. outside the Savoy Park Apartments on Lenox Avenue. Payne was standing outside when a gunman in a white vehicle approached and shot him in the face. Despite being rushed to Harlem Hospital, Payne succumbed to his injuries.
